Gliders by Design (About)
Gliders by Design is our compact home/school version of flight software. It is
a great science project to have fun with
at home or an excellent addition to any
aviation or transportation curriculum in schools. The software package
covers
the fundamentals of flight and design while being focused on designing and
building gliders that you
can have a blast flying -- you learn by doing.
Teenagers can probably use this unit without
any help. Younger students, grades 5 to 6, may require some guidance (it can be a wonderful activity for a parent or guardian to do with their child).
